Sexy Beard and Robo by AzamRaharjo Sexy Beard and Robo by AzamRaharjo
The title is a parody of [link]

This came up pretty quickly and randomly. There are some post-refinement several days after I done this artwork. One of my friends told me this somehow looks like a mix between Bioshock Infinite and Iron Giant though I didn't mean it that way (I haven't played Bioshock Infinite yet).

Anyways, this man is an engineer. He has cool beard and shiny rifle. He lost his family during civil war or something like that. He built a robot and put a poster of her daughter face on it. He smoke strange substance while killing bad guys with her robo (daughter)

Hope you like it :)

Sexy Beaaaaaard~~~!

You've used CS5, I see. How's it? Is it any different with the previous version?

I do see the similarity between this and Bioshock Infinite; mostly the color scheme and the..feel.
It -is- great. And I love the story-- although it is a bit poignantly disturbing. >_>

Personally I don't know either apart from the easier customization on workspace and tool windows. Probably because I never use fancy features since the old PS7. At least finally I have a legit version :giggle:

The next creative suite after CS6 is rumoured to be using subscription based service (which is suck). My only concern is actually future PSD file format. I just hope old Adobe products can still kick ass just like some great pro artists around here still using old Photoshop.

I might play Infinite when I got my Windows 7 copy. Still using XP. In the mean time, I'm actually playing System Shock 2

yay XP! I used Windows 7 now, but XP has always been my trustworthy interface. I'm a bit uuungh about Windows 8..
How's System Shock 2?

Heard about the CS6 thing; it appears to be based on cloud service, which I agree, sucks. Especially about the file format and compatibility...eugh.

You have the legit version? Awesome! How much did it cost?

Well, not sure if you're an oldschool PC gamer or not but it is System Shock. Asking how's System Shock to an oldschool PC gamer is like asking Star Wars original trilogy to most sci-fi watchers. It's awesome by the way, if you can stand the old-1999 blocky graphics.

About Adobe stuffs... Mine was only $100...for the whole Design and Web Premium suite.
If you're still a student in Indonesia (preferably in 'well-known' school such as UI, UGM, or ITB... though I'm not sure if this materrs) or a teacher/lecturer, you might be eligible to receive special discount up to 90% here : [link]
It is 100% legit because they are official distributor for education institution in Indonesia. I bought it from there during my last days in college. You need to send them copy of your student ID, academic transcript, and/or letter of enrollment. Check the site for more details.

Too bad last time I bought they have no Master Collection, now they have it on CS6. Go grab 'em! It's only around $280 !

Ah... That explains it.
I wasn't a PC gamer back then-- I'm more of a consoler, and as far as PC goes I'm content with my Civilization and Sims and Simcity.
Looking at old graphics can be funnily nostalgic sometimes. I still remember the supposedly revolutionary CG of games like FF8 and Diablo 2 and.. WELL.

The Adobe you've got was great o_O unfortunately I'm not eligible, so!
280$ for an Adobe Master Collection.....that's quite surprising? I honestly thought it could be much more expensive. *strokes fictional beard*
